In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the abba77 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible via abba77.app.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, fishing games, live dealer tables, and any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by abba77 to Players.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.

References to "Bangladesh" mean the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Currency references are to Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless stated otherwise. All headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.

Access to the Platform and participation in any Game is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are acting in good faith and providing truthful, accurate personal information during registration and at any subsequent verification stage.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met and that all information provided to abba77 is accurate, complete, and up to date. abba77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each Player is permitted one (1) Account only. Opening, maintaining, or using duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or via a shared device — constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. abba77 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Notify abba77 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

abba77 will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or any third party accessing it with or without your consent — is your responsibility.

abba77 employs SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption across all Platform transactions and login sessions. Two-factor authentication via OTP is available and recommended for all Accounts. Tokenised wallet sessions are used for all bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay payment interactions to prevent session hijacking.

abba77 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Accounts; VIP tier limits may vary.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. abba77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating account where technically possible.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval; VIP members may receive priority processing with target completion under 10 minutes.
• abba77 reserves the right to carry out full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued document.
• Withdrawal requests linked to pending Bonus wagering requirements will be held until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
• abba77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). abba77 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

abba77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower requirements as stated in their individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting contributions vary and are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Crash games and fishing games may contribute at a reduced rate.

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements of an existing one will result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse and Misuse: abba77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, and reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play across accounts, exploitation of software errors, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

abba77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

All games available on the abba77 Platform are supplied by licensed and independently audited third-party studios, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. abba77 reserves the right to void bets and winnings, suspend accounts, and refer cases to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is detected.

Account closure does not automatically result in the immediate deletion of all data — abba77 retains certain records for the period required by applicable law and for fraud prevention purposes.

abba77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account — with or without prior notice — under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment instruments.
• Opening of duplicate or multiple accounts.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against abba77.
• Use of prohibited software or exploitation of game errors.
• Any other conduct that abba77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of Games.

Where an Account is closed due to Player breach, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request (and no breach has occurred), the remaining Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abba77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from the Player's own negligence, including failure to secure Account credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors arising from third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks).
• Technical failures, including server outages, network disruptions, or device incompatibilities, that affect gameplay or transaction processing.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profit or data, arising from the use of the Platform.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, power failures, government actions, or any other event beyond abba77's reasonable control.

abba77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

abba77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, abba77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 9 above.

The version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language for all purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
